• Contact details you submit through our forms — name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, and service interest.
• Messages you send to our live chat demo or WhatsApp number, so we can respond and improve our agents.
• Basic technical data (browser type, approximate location, pages visited) for site analytics.
• Payment details are handled directly through Payoneer, Wise, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank — we never store card or account numbers ourselves.

2. How we use it

• To respond to audit and service requests.
• To set up, train, and operate AI agents on behalf of clients who engage our services.
• To send relevant updates about your inquiry or active service — never unsolicited marketing spam.

3. Third parties

We use trusted third-party infrastructure to deliver our services, including WhatsApp Business API providers, telephony providers (for AI calling agents), payment partners (Payoneer, Wise, JazzCash, Easypaisa), and AI model providers. These parties process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Data retention

We retain lead and client data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
