Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Autonized website and any AI automation services (website chatbots, WhatsApp AI agents, AI calling agents) provided by Autonized ("we", "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Autonized designs, builds, and operates AI-powered chatbot, WhatsApp, and voice calling agents for client businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for a service are agreed separately per plan (Starter, Growth, Full Coverage, or custom) at the time of signup.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Plans consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee. Payments are arranged directly via Payoneer, Wise, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer — you'll be sent payment details after booking.
• Setup fees are due before work begins. Setup fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is made.
• Monthly fees are covered by a 7-day free trial period — if you cancel within 7 days of your first monthly charge, that monthly fee is refunded in full. After the 7-day window, monthly fees are non-refundable but you may cancel future billing at any time.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information needed to train and configure your AI agent, and to use the delivered agent(s) in compliance with applicable law, including WhatsApp Business Platform policies and telecom regulations for AI calling agents.

4. Performance & limitations

AI agents are built to a high standard but, like any AI system, may occasionally produce imperfect responses. We continuously monitor and improve deployed agents, but we do not guarantee error-free operation at all times. Clients are encouraged to report issues promptly.

5. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, telephony providers, AI model providers, and payment partners including Payoneer, Wise, JazzCash, and Easypaisa). Availability of our services is subject to the continued availability and terms of these platforms.

6. Liability

Autonized is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our AI agents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
