Personal information is anything that identifies you or your business contact, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and website.

2. What we collect and how

Details you type into our audit form or website chat
Messages you send to our WhatsApp agent
Details you share when you call our voice agent or speak with us directly

We only collect what you choose to give us. We do not ask for passwords, government ID numbers or card numbers through our chat, WhatsApp or voice agents.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to you, book your audit, set up and run your AI agents, and follow up on services you have asked about.

4. Consent

By submitting a form or messaging our agents, you agree to us contacting you about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us to stop.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our channels, as described in our Data Handling Policy.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@autonized.online.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
